It is hard saying when and where we fist met, but we started noticing each other around Christmas of 2013. We started hanging out just about everyday afterwards.

Austin had asked me out before we officially started dating, but I told him I wasn't ready. Two weeks later on Fat Tuesday, we officially became a couple. The following summer flew by rapidly, and before we know it we were talking about marriage. 

On November 21, 2014 Austin took me to Jackson Hole, WY for my birthday, or so I thought at the time. In the town square, surounded by antler arches, he got down on one knee, and asked me the questions that is about to change our lives forever. As you all know, I said YES!

On August 3rd, Austin and I will embark to Cozumel Mexico as the new Mr. & Mrs. Austin and Suzette Shields. There we will spend 9 days, swimming, sight seeing, playing, eating, drinking, and just getting to know one of another. We are both looking forward to that day!
